Is my school's data secure?

What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data belongs to you. Export everything in Excel and CSV at any time before or after cancellation. We retain nothing after 30 days of account closure.

How does pricing work — per student or per school?
Pricing is per active student per month, billed annually or monthly. There are no setup fees, no per-module charges, and no hidden costs. Every plan includes all 6 modules. GST-compliant invoices are issued automatically and you can pay via UPI, NEFT, credit card, or net banking.
Where is our data stored, and are you DPDP Act compliant?
All school data is hosted in Indian data centres (Mumbai region) and never leaves the country. We are aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, including consent management, breach notification, and the right to erasure. We also meet GDPR and FERPA controls for international schools.
Are WhatsApp and SMS notifications included in the plan?
WhatsApp notifications use the official Meta Business API and are included up to a generous monthly quota on every paid plan. SMS is available as a top-up at wholesale rates if you need fallback delivery. You see exact usage and remaining credits inside your admin dashboard — no surprise bills.
How long does onboarding take and is training included?
Most schools go live within 1 to 3 working days. We import your existing student, staff, and class data from Excel at no extra charge, configure your grading and fee structure, and run two live training sessions for admins and teachers. Ongoing support is included on every plan via chat, email, and phone.
